 Ordering

• All items are handmade to order in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.
• Please double-check your order details (scents, sizes, shipping address) before completing checkout.
• Custom requests (colors, scents, glitter, intention themes) are welcome. Custom orders require extra production time.
  

 Payments

• We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
• Orders must be paid in full before processing.

 Shipping

• Processing time: 3–7 business days (may vary during holidays or sales).
• Shipping is via USPS/UPS with tracking provided once your order ships.
• Sassy Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather, or incorrect addresses.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: Once tracking shows “delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your delivery address is safe and secure.

Where We Ship: Currently, we ship to all U.S. states and territories.

International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we may consider it in the future as our business grows.

 Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the handmade and spiritual nature of our products...

All sales are final!

• Damaged Items & Exceptions: Contact us within 48 hours with photos if your order arrives damaged.
  If a candle is irreparably damaged or missing components, we may allow a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Candle Safety

For your safety and best burn experience:

1. Always trim wick to ¼ inch before lighting.
2. Burn candles on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts, pets, and children.
3. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
4. Stop burning when ½ inch of wax remains.
5. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Special Notice for Botanical & Glitter Candles:

• Some candles may contain botanical petals, mica pigments, and cosmetic-grade glitter.
• Once the wax begins to soften, gently push botanicals to the sides of the container, away from the wick.
• If preferred, botanicals can be removed with a spoon once the wax is soft.
• Always keep the wick clear of petals, glitter, or debris to ensure a safe, steady flame.
• All pigments and glitter used in our candles are safe and tested for use in candle wax.

Wax Melt Safety

• Use only in a dedicated wax warmer; do not place wax directly on open flames.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Never leave the wax warmer unattended while in use.
• Allow wax to cool completely before handling or disposing.
• Do not add water or other substances to the wax.

Allergies & Ingredients

• All candles and melts are made with soy wax, wood wicks, premium fragrance oils, and may contain mica, glitter, or botanicals.
• Customers are responsible for checking ingredients to avoid allergies or sensitivities.

Sustainability & Packaging

• We strive for eco-friendly packaging whenever possible. Jars and tins can be repurposed or recycled.
• Packing materials may include recyclable or biodegradable options.

Gift Orders

• Want to send a candle as a gift? We can include a handwritten note at no extra charge. Leave your message in the order notes during checkout.
